Welcome. This planner is built for one screen: your day, your week,
and your habits — with optional gamified labels when you want them.
Planner views
Use Planner View (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) to
switch how time blocks are laid out. Daily is best for
hour-by-hour work; Weekly and Monthly give you broader planning
surfaces.
Business vs Personal
Planner Mode keeps two separate sets of cards.
Business holds client and work context; Personal is for life
admin, side projects, and tools like P&L / Treasury when you
use Business Major style labels.
Tasks and time
Each card has Tasks (checkbox lines) and
Add-ons Completed (Business Major) or
Bonus Actions (Gamified)—what you actually did
beyond those tasks. Use Enter in the task field to turn a line
into a task (Shift+Enter adds a new line). Drag tasks to reorder
or move between cards.
Tools & Reports
Open this menu for income & expense reporting (labeled
P&L Reports or
The Treasury depending on style), this
orientation, and Team & party (or use the
Team block at the bottom of the sidebar) to add
people and assign tasks to individual time boards.
Gamified style
In Gamified style you get XP, a Quest Board,
Quest Log, and playful names for the same features. On time cards,
Bonus Actions is the same log as
Add-ons Completed in Business Major. Nothing is
lost if you prefer Business Major — it is the same planner with
different chrome.
Saving your work
Use Save Board to add the current layout to
Quickload; open saved boards from the Quickload
tabs. Download backups from reminders when shown — your browser
storage is convenient but not immortal.
